The BUMP Ready booklet is designed to help women prepare for a healthy pregnancy. It offers planning advice, health tips, and support resources to ensure both mother and baby have the best start in life. The resource is especially valuable for women with existing health conditions, including diabetes, and is available in multiple languages to support diverse communities.
